It seems nothing here is permanent. [She sounds wistful. It's a pity.] You yourself might go home tomorrow... if the restaurant is constantly gaining and losing staff and customers, then your efforts to keep it consistently busy are quite successful, I would think. That sort of unreliability would be hard to work with.
